Returns, Exchanges, Warranty & Other Policies

Order Concerns
Accurately and safely delivering your order is very important for us. If you believe there is a problem with you order, please contact us at 260-407-2000 or sales@baddad.com so we can take care of you.

Return Policy
We understand that some items must be returned for various reasons. All returns made within 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. No returns after 90 days from delivery.

All returns must be made with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which will be given to you by first contacting Bad Dad at 260-407-2000 or emailing sales@baddad.com. The shipping cost for returning a product is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for adequately packaging all materials returned to Bad Dad, Inc. in order to prevent any damage. The package should be marked with your RMA number and sent to:

Exchange Policy
It is important to us that you are able to meet all of your goals with the bike you are building. We gladly accept exchanges for all uninstalled parts. Exchanges may be subject to a $25 packaging fee to cover the cost of repackaging.

All exchanges must be made with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which will be given to you by first contacting Bad Dad at 260-407-2000 or emailing sales@baddad.com. The shipping cost for exchanging a product is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for adequately packaging all materials returned to Bad Dad, Inc. in order to prevent any damage. The package should be marked with your RMA number and sent to:

Pre-Fit Parts
The majority of Bad Dad’s parts are pre-drilled and pre-fit to help create an easy-to-use installation experience for our customers. Many of our customers love Bad Dad parts because the custom parts are very user-friendly and easy to install. Despite our great past successes, it is still recommended that all parts are pre-fit prior to painting to confirm clearances with other accessories, fitment to your bike, etc. Bad Dad cannot be responsible for any paint costs incurred on items that are not pre-fit prior to painting.

Warranty for Composite, Sheetmetal & Billet Parts
Bad Dad, Inc. uses very careful quality control processes to ensure the fitment and integrity of all of its parts. Bad Dad, Inc. is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all of its composite, sheetmetal & billet parts to the original purchaser of the product. Bad Dad, Inc. may choose to replace or repair an item on a case-by-case basis. Bad Dad, Inc. cannot assume liability for loss of use or inconvenience. Bad Dad, Inc. will reship and warranty item via the same manner as the original order. Bad Dad, Inc. cannot warranty any parts that have been modified, misapplied, improperly installed, or not maintained.

Shipping Damage
Bad Dad, Inc. invests a great amount of time and resources into custom packaging all of its custom parts. This investment helps to reduce potential shipping damage to your order. Despite this effort, shipping damage can still occur. It is our priority to help correct any mishaps which happed during shipping. Please carefully inspect all of your parts upon receipt. Contact Bad Dad, Inc. if you believe an item has been damaged in transit so we can assist you. Please keep all of the original packing materials to return any damaged items to Bad Dad, Inc.

Missing or Damaged Items
It is extremely important to Bad Dad, Inc. that you receive your order correctly, safely and in its entirety. Bad Dad, Inc. employs full-time personnel for its shipping functions to ensure the accuracy of your order. Please contact Bad Dad, Inc. within 7 days of receiving your order to report any items that are missing or damaged. Any missing or damaged items become the responsibility of the customer after 7 days.

Out-of-Stock Items
While Bad Dad, Inc. does its best to keep most of its items in-stock, parts are sometimes unavailable. Bad Dad, Inc. will hold any order containing an out-of-stock item so the order can be shipped in its entirety. Please notify Bad Dad, Inc. if you wish to have in-stock items shipped separately.
