Bad Dad now offers its favorite exhaust setups bundled with its Classic Series Air Cleaner so you can add the power & style you want and enjoy the savings of a package deal. This custom kit pairs Bad Dad's Competition Series 2-into-1 Header with its Classic Series Air Cleaner. Add an optional ThunderMax tuner or matching timing & derby covers to complete the rest of your project.

Exhaust: Bad Dad's Competition Series 2-into-1 Exhaust is the perfect exhaust setup to give your project more style and more noise. This custom pipe is CNC mandrel bent with 1-7/8" primary and 3" outlet. Available in black or chrome finishes. The custom tip is clocked every 45* so the tip can be adjusted up, down or out.

Available for 1995-2023 Touring models. Designed to reuse your original O2 sensors. Adapters for 18mm bung to 12mm bung conversions and extended O2 sensor wires are included for 2010-2016 models with the 12mm bung. 2017+ Exhausts only include the 12mm O2 sensor bung.

Air Cleaner: Bad Dad's Classic Series Air Cleaner is the perfect mix of performance & aesthetics for your bagger project. This design features a clear face for a great custom look. The open element air cleaner assembly features a set of ball milled grooves which looks great on any Touring or Softail model. Our Classic Series Air Cleaner is CNC cut from billet aluminum, includes a washable K&N filter, and includes all mounting hardware for your application.

Fits 2002-2023 Touring (including CVO models) and 1999-2017 Softail (excluding CVO models).

Exhaust Tip: We recommend using the Angle Cut Tip for any bagger using stretched saddlebags. The Angled Tip is designed to direct exhaust flow away from the side cover and saddlebags better than the Straight Tip. The Straight Tip is a great option for stock length saddlebags or Softail applications.

Performance: Add more than 10 horsepower to your bagger when installing Bad Dad's 2-into-1 Exhaust. An independent test by Baggers Magazine added 12 hp and 6 ft/lb of torque more than stock to their 2012 Road King's 103 c.i. engine when combining this exhaust system with an air cleaner and basic fuel tuner.
