Bad Dad's Wide Tire Kit lets you put 180mm of performance rubber on the front of your 2014-2023 Touring model. Get the look and performance of a fat front tire for the front of your bagger project! This complete kit is compatible with an 18x5.5 wheel and certain 180/55-18 tires so you can use your existing fork legs. Wheel and tire not included.

Our Simple Kit is designed to use your original fork legs without the need to use modified machined legs. Simply install our custom fender, fork sliders, and hardware while retaining your existing fork legs.

Note: Our Simple 180mm Wide Tire Kit is only compatible with the following 180/55-18 tires:

• Pirelli Night Dragon GT (not Pirelli Night Dragon)
• Dunlop SportMax
• Metzeler Cruisetec

You must use one of the tires listed above with this kit. Use of other tires should be done with our Upgraded Kit, which includes machined fork legs to accommodate the wider shoulder of other 180-55-18 tires.

This complete kit is designed as a simple bolt-on kit with all the included components for your install, including new fork seals and hardware. This kit uses our injection molded Wrap Fender which is designed specifically for your fat 180mm tire. This kit features custom CNC'd billet fork sliders, custom wheel spacers, and machined lower fork legs.

Available in raw, black, or chrome finishes. Black and chrome options have all machining marks completely removed from the lower fork legs for a truly awesome finish. Also available in single or dual caliper options. The single caliper option has the caliper mounts cleanly machined off the fork leg.

Installation: This kit is easily installed by any technician by following routine fork leg removal & installation procedures. This process uses common specialty tools for seating the fork seals which most motorcycle technicians and mechanics have. If you do not have these tools, you can add these tools in the dropdown menus below.

Note: This kit uses OEM lower fork legs for this conversion. A fork leg core charge is added to each order. The core charge is refundable upon return of your original undamaged fork legs. A pre-packed box with a pre-paid shipping label is included with each order to easily return your fork cores.

Lowering Kit and Flush Axle: Want to upgrade your front end even further? Finish off your project with a Progressive Suspension lowering kit (1" to 2" kit) and a flush mounted axle. These are not required for this project but these are great upgrades to consider doing at this same time.

Optional Fork Leg Upgrade: Now is the perfect time to upgrade your bike to black or chrome fork legs if you're still using the original cast lower legs. Upgrade your project with a set of gloss black or chrome lower fork legs by using the drop-down menu below. Bad Dad sources a set of OEM lower fork legs which Bad Dad machines off the original casting marks. These lower legs are then finished in gloss black powdercoat or a show chrome finish. You also have your choice of dual brake caliper or single brake caliper configurations in which Bad Dad machines off the original brake caliper mount from the right-side fork leg. Upgrading your fork legs is an optional upgrade but not required to use this kit. You can use your original fork legs with Bad Dad's Wire Tire Kit for the 2008-2013 models.

Bad Dad's 21" 180mm Wrap Fenders use the newest injection technology to give you a fender that is extremely strong, super durable, and fits great. You and your painter will love the quality of this front fender!

This custom injected fender is available for 1986-current Touring models. The 21" 180mm Wrap Fender is designed to fit a 180/50-21 tire. Your order will include the correct billet mounting spacers and installation hardware for your application. No additional parts are needed for mounting the fender to your existing forks.

Choose between our three custom fender designs and choose your other accessories as well, including a set of our custom Fork Sliders and the correct American Suspension Bolt-On Rake Kit for your project.

Fender Mounts & Install Hardware: The correct fender mounting spacers and installation hardware are included with this fender. This fender is designed to fit OEM fork legs and several aftermarket fork legs, including Arlen Ness legs. We cannot guarantee fitment with all aftermarket legs. Touring Fork Sliders: This fender is designed to use your OEM fork sliders with no modification required to your OEM fork sliders on all 1997-2023 Touring models. Also, you can add a set of our Classic Series Fork Sliders below to create a classic custom look. This fender fits some aftermarket fork sliders. It is your responsibility to check fitment with any non-OEM or non-Bad Dad parts prior to painting.

Installation Note: This fender is designed to be used on bikes that have been raked. You must use the bump stops included with your aftermarket rake kit with this fender.
