750 Taillights

Bad Dad's 750 Taillights are a great looking LED taillight options that is easy to install. These lights can be installed in clusters of 6, 8, or 10 lights. These lights include a basic plug-n-play wiring harness for easily installing and routing all your wiring. Below is the step-by-step instructions for this install.
1) We will install six (6) lights as part of this tutorial. You can add additional LED lights to this if you want.

Here you can see the six (6) pre-wired LED with their billet housings, wiring connectors, wiring harness, and templates. You will need a drill, 1/2" drill bit, and tape measure (not included) for this install.

2) Begin by choosing the placement of your LEDs. You can place your LEDs at the top, middle, or bottom of your panel. We include different templates for different LED spacing distances.

Choose the spacing you prefer and place the template on the fender. We recommend using a tape measure to make sure your templates are placed evenly on your panel.

3) Next, make a pilot hole for your hole placement. Then use your 1/2" drill bit to drill your holes.

Note: Drill the same number of holes for which you have LEDs. Some of the templates include markings for four holes. Do not drill four holes if you do not intend to install four lights.

4) Then install your LEDs by passing the threaded LEDs through the panel. Tighten the washer and nuts on the backside.
5) Next complete the install on the other side of your fender or your panel.
6) Begin plugging the LED wires into the terminals after the lights are installed and tightened.

The wires are pre-pinned for you so you only need to snap the wires into the housing. Match up the wiring colors (black to black and red to red) going into the housing with the wiring colors in the main section of the harness.

7) Here are two of the wires (red and black) snapped into the terminal housing.
8) Next, plug the LED wiring housings into the main section of the harness.
9) Then route the harness along the interior of your panel.

The included wiring harness layout allows you to neatly tuck all this wiring behind your panel with the included quick disconnect housings.

10) Now connect the taillight leads to your primary harness (not included). You can use one of Bad Dad's custom taillight wiring harnesses (recommended), which will plug-n-play with the 750 Taillight components, or you can put together your own harness.
11) Here are the primary connections for the 750 Taillights into one of Bad Dad's Harnesses with one section for the left-side taillights, one section for the right-side taillights, and one section for the license plate.
12) The 750 Taillights are now installed and wired into the wiring harness.
