Automatic Hide-a-Plate :: Coming Fall 2010

Bad Dad introduces the Original Hide-a-Plate as a simple way to hide your bike's required license plate. The Original Hide-a-Plate features a rotational hinge for moving your bike's plate and is available in a manual and automatic version. Once deployed, the bottom of the license plate sits approximately 5" off the ground (on stock ride height bikes) providing clearance for curbs, bumps, etc.

Both versions of the Original Hide-a-Plate feature an illuminated license plate frame that is available in either chrome or gloss black powdercoat. The plate frame is wired into your Bagger's switched power so it automatically illuminates your license plate whenever the bike is switched to the 'on' position. The fully automatic version is also wired to the bike's power switch which automatically extends and retracts the plate when the bike is turned on and off. The automatic version also comes with a separate key fob for remotely extending and retracting the plate at the push of a button.

Manual and automatic versions of Bad Dad's Original Hide-a-Plate will be available fall 2010.
