Stretched Nacelles

Our hand laid headlight Nacelle is an excellent way to dress up the front of any custom bagger. The seamless Nacelle measures 3" longer than the factory headlight bucket and is finished in a final primer. The Stretched Nacelle only requires wet or dry sanding and the application of your top coats. Constructed of thick hand laid fiberglass, this one piece design is an excellent way to start the project you have been dreaming of, or the perfect touch to finish off your custom bagger.

The optional Nacelle spear (not included) is hand crafted from cast aluminum and then chromed, and measures 10 1/2" in length and 1 1/4" at its widest point. This spear is a tasteful upgrade from the factory piece and its 3" extension compliments the stretched Nacelle perfectly.

Fits Harley-Davidson Road Kings model years 1994-present.

This Stretched Headlight Nacelle is stretched 3" through the center for a great custom look and its bolt-on design allows it to easily install over your Kewl Metal triple trees.

Bad Dad's Stretched Nacelle is delivered in a primer finish that is ready to go directly to paint. Simply test fit, wet sand, hand to your painter, and ride.

Bad Dad's hand laid headlight nacelle is a surefire way to dress up the front of your FL model Softail. This seamless nacelle mimics the factory design and features a 3" stretch over the factory headlight bucket to elongate the appearance of the front end of the bike.

Constructed of thick hand laid fiberglass, this one-piece stretched nacelle is finished in a smooth, blemish free gel coat that comes ready for paint. This custom part acts as a replacement for the stock nacelle but utilizes the larger 7" headlight and trim ring found on the Touring models.

Fits Harley-Davidson FL Softail model years 1994-present. Will work with detachable windshields. Will not work with Deluxe style spotlights.

The optional chrome nacelle spear gives the stretched nacelle that perfect finishing touch. Hand crafted and measuring 10 1/2" in length and 1 1/4" at its widest point, this spear is a stretched replica of the factory piece.

While the stretched headlight nacelle is compatible with all Road King models, the stretched spear is not compatible with the nacelle visor found on the Road King Custom models. Utilization of the stretched spear requires converting to a traditional style handlebar clamp. If the Road King Custom visor is retained, the stock nacelle spear can be reused in lieu of the stretched spear.

If you're planning to keep the stock spotlight bar with the addition of the Softail Stretched Headlight Nacelle, you will also want to grab the Softail Spotlamp Sleeve to help elongate the light bar to reach around the Stretched Nacelle.

The Sleeve is made from 6061 aluminum and then hand-polished. Sleeve installs with the two included set screws.

Note:The Spotlamp Sleeve is designed for round bars. The Sleeve will not fit oval bars or bars that are not completely round.

Utilizing Bad Dad's Stretched Headlight Nacelle on your Softail not only gives you that stretched look, it also allows you to step into the larger 7" headlight assembly found on the Touring models to help beef up the look of your front end.

This headlight assembly includes the headlight, mounting buckets, trim ring, and all mounting hardware necessary for installation into the stretched Softail nacelle.

Add a little style to the front of your Road Star with Bad Dad' Stretched Headlight Nacelle. This custom headlight bucket is a solid, one piece unit that installs over the top of your triple trees. Additionally, the Stretched Headlight Nacelle allows you to upgrade to a larger 7" headlight.

The Stretched Headlight Nacelle includes the appropriate mounting brackets to adapt the nacelle to your Yamaha forks, and fits all 1999-current Road Stars. The Stretched Headlight Nacelle does not include the necessary 7" Headlamp Assembly.
